Installation Guidelines:
- Installing the GROHE 2-in-1 kitchen filtration faucet requires drilling a 35mm diameter hole in the countertop or removing the existing faucet and connecting to the original water inlet. If your sink base is cement or steel, or the countertop thickness exceeds 45mm, installation may not be possible. Please verify before purchase.
- To ensure proper installation and operation, customers can WhatsApp (97934891) photos/videos of the following for technician assessment:
- Faucet installation position
- Sink inlet hole position
- Under-sink cabinet space (please clear objects)
- Hot and cold water inlet valves (curtain/angle valves)
- Before installation, technicians will measure water pressure. If the pressure exceeds 5 bar (75psi), a pressure-reducing valve will be installed at additional HK$450 each.
- Customers can book an installation date through our website after receiving the product. The technician will confirm within three working days.
- Installation does not include plumbing modifications, tiling, electrical work, or aesthetic finishing.
- We are not liable for damage caused by drilling or cutting into the countertop or sink.
- After installation, customers should check for leaks and sign off. If future inspection or repair is needed, additional charges will be applied.
