Terms and Conditions

Important Notice

  1. Goods are not dispatched via HKTVmall; after placing your order, you will be contacted to arrange delivery by SF Express.

  2. Delivery service is only available within Hong Kong. If the delivery address is in a remote area (such as Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay) or has no elevator access, additional charges will apply based on the quotation provided by our customer service staff.

  3. Basic installation services are only applicable within Hong Kong. If installation is required in a remote area*, an extra charge will be incurred, with the following rates:

    • $250 for areas such as The Peak, Mid-Levels, Southern District, Stanley, Cheung Kan Kok, Sai Kung, Tsing Kwan O, Sham Shui Po, Ma Wan/Perry Bay, Tung Chung, Pak Shek Wan, Kam Tin, Yuen Long/Tuen Mun/Taipo, Sheung Shui, Fanling, etc.
    • $350 for Discovery Bay, Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, and Pui O.

  4. For products including basic installation service, our technician will contact the customer to confirm the installation location via photo before dispatching and scheduling installation. If on-site installation is not possible due to environmental constraints, a $250 inspection fee will be charged. Additional charges may apply for installation in remote areas.

  5. Additional fee of $50 per floor applies for destinations accessible only by walking stairs (waived for the first 3 floors).
