Delivery Policy

Shipping Policy


Delivery Methods
Our products will be delivered by our dedicated logistics team or partnered with SF Express.

Delivery Area
Service is available only within Hong Kong. For remote locations or addresses without elevator access (such as Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, etc.), an additional fee will apply, based on a quote provided by our customer service team.

Delivery Schedule
Warehouse dispatches goods from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). After your order is paid, the logistics team will arrange delivery within 1-3 working days and will contact you to confirm a delivery time.

Delivery Arrangement
If no one is available to receive the goods at the scheduled delivery time, a second delivery attempt will be made at an extra charge, and the customer is responsible for rescheduling.

Signature & Inspection
Upon receipt, please inspect the goods immediately for damage or missing items. If damages or missing items are found, inform the delivery driver before signing and contact us right away. Once signed, the goods are considered accepted in good condition, and no returns or exchanges will be processed afterward.

Floor Service
If the delivery address requires climbing stairs, an additional fee of HKD 50 per floor will be charged (waived for the first 3 floors).

Special Cases
Please provide detailed delivery information and any special requirements (such as narrow space access, special items, etc.) to help us arrange suitable delivery solutions.
