Return Policy

Delivery / Returns
Products purchased with “Merchant Delivery” cannot be combined with items shipped via other merchants for shipping fee calculation. Free delivery is available for orders over HKD 3,000; otherwise, a HKD 90 fee applies.

  1. Our products are not shipped via HKTVmall. After completing your order, we will contact you to arrange delivery through our in-house delivery team or SF Express.

  2. Delivery service is only available within the Hong Kong market. For remote areas (such as Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay) or locations without elevator access, extra charges will apply based on the quotation from our customer service staff.

  3. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded).

  4. If no one is available to receive the goods at the scheduled delivery time, a second delivery attempt will be arranged, and additional fees will be charged to the customer.

  5. Both customers and recipients should inspect the goods thoroughly upon receipt before signing. Check for damages, scratches, cracks, or other surface issues. By signing, you acknowledge the goods are in good condition. Any surface damage claims after signing will not be accepted.
